The easy part, installing all the polished and chrome parts.

Custom made remote fan bracket, used on advice from Baxter Ford. Also barely visible is a custom bent polished stainless steel tube for routing of electrical wiring. Tube runs the full length of intake to near the firewall.

More chrome and polished stainless steel. Water tubes, and YES an ALTERNATOR. "Thank You!"

Transmission

1939 Car or 40/47 Ford pickup 3 speed floor shift (They're the same). Note all polished stainless steel bolts and custom made pieces. NOS gears from Baxter Ford. Another peek at Red' Headers.

Different water pumps and chromed NOS pulleys. Note stainless steel bracket for plug wires with rubber insulating grommets. Also note special water outlets from M.E.C. corporation in Akron Ohio. There is no hose that will work right off the shelf if you keep the engine in the stock location. BEEN THERE, DONE THAT!!!!

Shifter

Clutch and brake pedals and all related parts in relation to sending units and firewall clearance. "No slice and dice here!!!"

Frame

Making sure right and left are on the same plane and balance out. "Yes, and the famous late model 18 style rear-end!!"

A walker radiator and a peek at the 4" drop super bell with 1940 Ford hydraulic brakes all the way around.

Mechanical Moon liquid filled gauges were used on engine. Electrical sending units were also plumbed in for gauges on the dash in the drivers compartment. "Nostalgia all the way!!!"
