2003 Millport Rhino Mill. This bed mill uses an M400 Centroid controller integrated by EMI Inc. It consists of a Desktop PC motherboard in a custom enclosure with 64Mb of RAM, a solid state hard drive and a floppy drive. System runs on DOS 6.22.  It has network capabilities so that you can tie to your desktop computer. The capabilities are almost endless. For more info click here. Below are some of the projects we have done using this mill. The race car photos were opened in AutoCAD and traced then saved as dxf files. The dxf files were then converted to fonts using FontLink. MillWrite with FontLink is optional and if you want to do engraving of any kind they are a must.

On the flags I modified the angle that they were tilted to get them to fit into a space on a valve cover.
