The original front axle tube was bent so I cut it out and installed a tube from one of my donor karts.

I reused the original spindles but made new mounts and replaced the old bolts. Here is a close up of one of the new spindle mounts.

Close up view of the upper and lower steering shaft bushings.

Keith decided to sit and take the rolling chassis for a test drive.

Here is the new engine mount plate as I machined off the excess.

Here is a view of the new engine mount welded in place and the original drum brake that was to be replaced later.
